Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most.

How do I enroll in my benefits?
Log in to your Enrollmint account using the link or credentials provided by your employer. From there, you'll be guided step by step through viewing your available plans, comparing options, and making your elections. If you need help at any point, reach out to our team.
When is open enrollment?
Open enrollment dates are set by your employer and vary by organization. You'll receive a notification (usually by email) when your enrollment window opens. Check with your HR department or look for a notification in your Enrollmint account for your specific dates.
Can I change my elections after I submit them?
Once your elections are submitted and confirmed, they generally can't be changed until the next open enrollment period. The exception is a qualifying life event (QLE) such as marriage, having a baby, or losing other coverage. If you've had a qualifying event, contact your HR department or email us.
How do I add or remove a dependent?
During open enrollment, you can add or remove dependents directly in your Enrollmint account. Outside of open enrollment, you'll need a qualifying life event (marriage, birth, adoption, divorce, etc.) to make changes. Contact your HR department to start a special enrollment period.
What is a qualifying life event?
A qualifying life event (QLE) is a major life change that lets you modify your benefits outside of open enrollment. Common examples: getting married or divorced, having or adopting a child, losing other health coverage, relocating, or a change in your spouse's employment. You typically have 30 days from the event to request changes.
What if I missed the enrollment deadline?
Contact your HR department as soon as possible. In some cases, your employer may extend your deadline. Otherwise, you may be enrolled in a default plan or need to wait until the next enrollment period. We strongly recommend enrolling as soon as your window opens.
I forgot my password. How do I log in?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a reset link. Still having trouble? Contact us at [email protected] or call (515) 400-1011.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted storage for sensitive data like Social Security numbers, regular security audits, and strict access controls. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Who do I contact about my specific plan?
For questions about specific plan details, coverage, or claims, contact your HR department or the insurance carrier directly (their info is usually on your ID card). For enrollment or platform questions, reach out to us at [email protected].
