1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mint ("the Platform"), operated by 3E Suite ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Mint is a benefits enrollment platform that allows employees to:

• View and compare available benefits plans
• Make benefits elections during open enrollment periods
• Access information about their current coverage
• Connect with licensed 3E Advisors for guidance
• Manage dependent information for benefits enrollment

The Platform is provided to employees through their participating employers.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account using credentials provided by your employer or create one using your work email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Security

You agree not to share your account credentials with others. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available security features.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your dependents
• Review your benefits elections carefully before submitting
• Meet enrollment deadlines established by your employer
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Access the Platform using another person's credentials
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform to transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Benefits Information

The Platform displays benefits information provided by your employer and insurance carriers. While we strive for accuracy:

• Plan details, rates, and coverage are determined by your employer and carriers
• Official plan documents govern your actual coverage
• We recommend reviewing Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for complete details
• Contact your HR department for questions about specific plan provisions

7. 3E Advisor Services

3E Advisors are licensed benefits consultants who can provide guidance on your enrollment options. Please note:

• Advisors provide educational information, not personalized financial or medical advice
• Final benefits decisions are your responsibility
• Advisors cannot guarantee specific outcomes or coverage
• Consultations may be recorded for quality assurance

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by 3E Suite and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on Platform information

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3E Suite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform:

• If you violate these Terms
• If your employer discontinues use of the Platform
• If required by law
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.
